Job Summary
The Market intelligence Manager will develop and manage a process to gather business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the marketing team. They will also provide expertise on complex statistical techniques used to project market potential and provide other key strategic insights.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a means to systematically gather business intelligence that supports the achievement of business objectives, projects market potential, and estimates market penetration.
- Manage analysis of complex data and metrics to track, trend, and benchmark marketing strategies.
- Consult to marketing team on statistical techniques, innovative research design, and outside agency proposals.
- Communicate key strategic insights from complex data in user-friendly formats.
- Manage miscellaneous research projects that deliver actionable results.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Experience
- MBA/Master/PHD in Statistics, Research Methodology, or related field.
- Five or more years experience in a marketing science role.
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management experience
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Effective communication skills – written and oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and SPSS applications
