Our Client, a Cincinnati-based company, seeks an HRIS/Payroll Manager. The company has opearations in multiple states.
JOB SUMMARY
- Training the HR/Payroll staff on translating employment, benefit and compensation events into system codes that are processed timely and accurately.
- Direct all aspects of the HR/Payroll Operations experience to ensure all employees are paid accurately and timely in accordance with all regulatory and agency requirements.
- Plan and evaluate payroll operations processes. Monitor payroll database for production and quality. Maintain all action reasons codes, Job codes and Benefit Plans within our database for entire company.
- Creation of all custom Ad Hoc reports as well as training the HR/Payroll staff on running modified reports in HRIS as well as our outside benefit vendor’s databases.
- Loading, manipulating, auditing and reporting on data in Enterprise HRIS system as well as making mass changes or other direct data updates to the database when requested.
- Researching and resolving issues that arise in the system including data inconsistencies and error messages.
- Continual improvement of HRIS and Payroll functions.
- Leading assigned HRIS and Payroll projects.
- Planning, coordinating and managing the administration of all payroll functions.
- Overseeing the administration of the 401k plan.
- Overseeing the inbound and outbound data feeds for all benefit plans.
IDEAL CANDIDATES’ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates should have experience running a large payroll operations. Should have experience with ADP (Enterprise preferred). College degree preferred but not a must.
