CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is a multi-billion dollar provider of content-enabled workflow solutions. They have launched a 5-year enterprise transformation initiative to address all business processes and systems within the major product line of this company. This is a mission critical program for our client.
JOB SUMMARY
A program management office (PMO) of about 20 people oversees these efforts. Because of the critical nature of this rollout, additional program directors and managers in the PMO are required to ensure the success of their efforts. We are looking for multiple people to join this growing PMO Office. The roles needed include Director of PMO Portfolio, Director of Back Office PMO, Program Manager, Release Manager, and Acquisition Integration Manager. Competitive compensation package is offered.
IDEAL CANDIDATES’ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS in engineering, computer science, or business—MBA Preferred
- Candidates should have at least 5+ years experience within a large IT organization and/or consulting firm
- Experience with PMO tools—workplans, issue tracking, staffing plans, budgets, etc.
- Experience with software development life cycles, software implementations and upgrades, release management, configuration management, software testing, etc.
- Experience with ERPs (preferably Oracle) as well as custom applications
- Skilled in MS Project
- PMP Certification strongly preferred
