This position is for an administrative assistant to the Company's Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
Job Summary:
This position performs administrative assistance, and coordinates and supports the work of the Company's Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). The position may also include specific project assignments and some duties of the CCO.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Screens, coordinates, responds to and schedules telephone inquiries, voice mail and telephone conferences

Coordinates and manages CCO’s calendar, keeps CCO on schedule

Reviews and monitors emails for CCO

Manages client expectations while exemplifying company's Core Values
-
Drafts and finalizes correspondence and follow up, as appropriate, and as instructed by CCO
-
Opens mail, prioritizes and reviews with CCO
-
Prepares and sends speaking or other marketing materials to clients, as appropriate, and as instructed by CCO
-
Coordinates registration of and/or speaking at seminars and monitors continuing education requirements

Makes travel arrangements; prepares travel folder
-
Finalizes documentation, as appropriate, and as instructed by CCO

Maintains and organizes files
-
Maintains research files
-
Reconciles American Express account
-
Updates library publications
-
Assists Compliance Team and other teams, as appropriate, and as instructed by CCO
-
Regularly participates in meetings and is dependable as an internal/external resource on assigned projects

Other responsibilities as assigned by CCO
