Client Summary:
Our high-tech manufacturing client is a pioneering leader in the radio frequency communications market. They design and manufacture a suite of RF products and systems for the DOD and commercial markets. They are dedicated to innovation, quality and absolute customer satisfaction.
Job Summary:
This position is a contract role for 3-6 months. The individual will develop and improve firmware (micro and FPGA) designs for RF communications products.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Experience:
CANDIDATES MUST BE US CITIZENS.
10+ years of directly related experience, and
BSCE, BSCS or BSEE from an accredited college or university
In addition to the following:

Expert design using C/C++, assembly language and VHDL for embedded applications

Proficiency with FPGA simulation (ModelSim Designer experience highly preferred)

Proficiency with embedded digital circuitry design and development (DxDesigner experience highly preferred)

Experience testing firmware compliance to requirements, using commercial equipment such as in-circuit emulators, logic analyzers, etc.
