CLIENT SUMMARY:
Our Cincinnati healthcare client is searching for a Director Strategic & Capacity Planning.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Director will be responsible for collaborating with executive leadership on developing strategic plans and initiatives as well as developing processes and methodologies to drive growth.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Creating and directing strategic and business planning efforts, including implementation plan development, progress tracking/reporting and result measurement
- Directing growth drivers and translating them into system-wide impacts on resources through scenario modeling
- Determining a time frame and process for the continual update of the organization’s strategic plan
- Directly and indirectly assisting individuals and departments in development of plans and implementation strategies
- Developing processes to identify and collect data on key organizational drivers
- Building models for Budgets and other processes
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education/Work Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have previous healthcare industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience with internal, market and financial analysis with an emphasis on strategic planning.
Preferred
- Masters Degree
- Previous experience in healthcare or consulting industries preferred.
