Job Summary:
The primary focus of this person will be to provide credible measurement and verification of energy savings to school and university leadership. In addition the person's engineering or other technical training and background will enable credibility with facilities and engineering personnel of schools and universities.
Key Job Responsibilities:
In coordination with the sales consultants and implementation staff, this CPA Consultant will audit energy savings primarily with the customer base of colleges and universities. He/she will be responsible for validating the financial models that allow comparisons of energy costs before and after our client has installed the customized savings programs.
Key Candidate Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have a CPA, along with an engineering or other technical background that will give competency and credibility to the analytical process. The candidate must have excellent customer communication skills and also have the ability to work closely with the institutions' business and facilities personnel. Previous experience should show the combination of financial analysis and engineering/technical understanding.
Other Comments:
Due to the consultant nature of the client company the position will require travel on a regular basis to customer sites.
