Job Summary:
Our client seeks an experienced attorney to join its national bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice in its Cincinnati office. The firm's lawyers regularly represent secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, lessors, suppliers, equity holders, purchasers, trustees, receivers, custodians, and other parties in interest in cases under the Bankruptcy Code and applicable state statutes.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have practiced for at least eight years and be able to handle matters independently. Top academic credentials and excellent analytical and communication skills are required. Prior experience at a large law firm is preferred.
