Our Healthcare Team
We have recently added Rachel Hall to our staff to lead the healthcare recruiting efforts.  Rachel brings over 15 years of consulting experience in healthcare with the Big 4, advising payers and providers on cost containment strategies, quality of care initiatives, systems implementations, core operational and process improvements, and cultural changes.  Rachel has worked with most of the national commercial payers, as well as many regional and local payers and providers.  Rachel brings a commitment to the healthcare industry, and experience working with executives throughout all aspects of healthcare organizations.  She further prides herself on a collaborative approach with executives, and is focused on matching organizational culture and position requirements with potential candidates. 

In addition to Rachel, the healthcare recruiting team is joined by two former Big 4 consulting partners.  Tom Gilman, the owner and CEO of Baldwin Gilman, spent 34 years as an innovative leader at Deloitte Consulting, retiring as a Deputy National Director.  He served as the firm's national healthcare leader for several years.  Steve Wuest brings 30 years of professional services experience, including over ten years focused exclusively on healthcare providers and payers. 

Rachel, Tom, and Steve are supported by an additional 22 recruiters as well as five support team staff.  We work collaboratively as a team to help you find the ideal candidates to meet your needs.
